Description
Raw datasets from the three studies of a PhD thesis.
Study 1 data shows sprint performance over the duration of the Bath University Rugby Shuttle Test following ingestion of glucose, lactate or water.
Study 2 shows various performance measures related to soccer performance for 13 male athletes before and after sprint interval training.
Study 3 shows various performance measures related to field hockey performance for 11 female athletes both with and without lactate supplementation. There are two test points prior to sprint interval training and one following training.
