Ben Bander Abudawood is a Senior Lecturer and Visiting Associate Professor with over 20 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, and Business .

He has spent the majority of his career in senior HR roles, particularly within the banking, healthcare industries, and industrial sectors, bringing a wealth of practical experience into his academic work and research.

His extensive industrial experience has enriched his teaching, providing students with real-world examples and practical insights into organizational dynamics and HR strategies.

Ben combines his industrial expertise with a passion for teaching, contributing to the development of future leaders and professionals. He teaches courses in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, and Business, CIPD  leveraging his professional experience to enrich the learning experience for his students. His experience in senior HR positions has allowed him to lead organizational change, implement effective HR strategies, and foster employee engagement and well-being across various sectors.

Academic Background

Ben holds an MBA and a Master’s in Organizational Psychology, in addition to an MSc in Human Resources Management from Gloucestershire University, a PGCert in Teaching and Learning from Anglia Ruskin University (ARU), and an Executive Diploma in International Business Management from Pearson Assured.
