Personal profile

I am currently Head of the Division of Natural and Built Environment in the School of Science, Engineering and Technology and Chair of Sustainable Development.   My research and teaching interests are in the fields of Sustainable Development, Sustainability Decision Support Systems and Project and Asset Management. I am co-director of the Urban Water Technology Centre  and co-leader of the interdisciplinary Sustainability Assessment, Visualisation and Enhancement (SAVE) research group which spans Schools in the University. I teach on a range of undergraduate and post-graduate courses. 

I am a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Builder and a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Chartered Institute of Building.
