I am currently working on the investigation of properties associated with hydrocarbon degradation by surfactant-producing bacteria, in particular, pseudomonads isolated from hydrocarbon-contaminated sites.
My research interests are in the application of soil bacteria especially Pseudomonas and Bacillus in the bioremediation of soils contaminated with hydrocarbon pollution.
