Abstract
The aim of the present study was twofold; to examine the impact of organizational injustice on job satisfaction and, to find the impact of job satisfaction on counterproductive work behaviors. A sample of 297 managers from the banking industry of Pakistan was purposively selected. To examine the hypotheses of this empirical study, data were analyzed through structural equation modeling technique using AMOS software. The results reveal significant and negative impact of organizational injustice on job satisfaction. The results further reveal significant negative association between job satisfaction and counterproductive work behaviors. Implications of these findings are discussed, and suggestions are made for the future research.
