    Abstract

This paper aims to explore to develop a process-focused model, reflecting the on-going transition moving from a traditional tutor-led teaching to a creative learner-centred learning approach. After the description of the new model itself, a comprehensive discussion on the basis of the literature review and my own teaching experience has been made in order to provide both academic and practical support to implement the model. It is believed that such a creative approach would help embed the Abertay graduate attributes into my teaching subjects, and therefore, help students develop themselves from 'being a student' to 'being a graduate', and further to 'being a practitioner'. In order to go beyond the individual level, some suggestions to the school have been made after drawing the conclusion.
