Abstract
This is an invited contribution to an official government briefing for the French Ministry of Education and Youth. The text summarises and expands some of my key research insights concerning creativity and expressive agency in relation to emerging generative AI tools, with a focus on intellectual property issues. The text is written for an educational/pedagogy context.
