Abstract
The Knowledge Lab is situated in the heart of the NCR's Financial Solutions Group headquarters, in London. The overall objective of the Lab is to explore, predict and create future technologies and services that will enable and build strong, lasting relationships between financial service providers and their consumers. We call these Relationship Technologies. This paper aims to briefly tell the story of why, what, how and who we are.
