Abstract

The aim of this paper is to explore the intricate relationship between the entrepreneurial mindset and productivity within small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The entrepreneurial mindset, characterised by innovation, risk-taking, and resilience, is increasingly recognised as a vital component of business success (Kitigin, 2017; Kouakou, K, 2019). Although this connection is frequently assumed, it has not been systematically examined in depth. Entrepreneurial mindset has garnered significant attention in academic research as well as practical application, particularly concerning its impact on the productivity and growth of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) (Asenge & Agwa, 2018; Tehseen & Ramayah, 2015).
