Abstract

This presentation describes the current status of Usability Engineering within NCR Scotland. The process, the key advanced research and current development projects with which usability engineering is involved and the future plans for usability are described. A flavour of the scope and types of usability work within the company is provided. However, this information is only the tip of the iceberg.
